Stacking

Every piece goes on the floor.

Cargo list

One item per line: L*W*H weight, e.g. 120*80*95 438. Weight may also go on the next line, commas work as decimals, and an optional quantity can follow the weight (120*80*95 438 3). Rows copied from Excel (L, W, H, kg, qty columns) work too. Add ns at the end of a line to keep that piece unstacked.

Estimate only. Axle loads are not checked: spread heavy pieces over the length and keep them near the middle so no axle is overloaded. Read the disclaimer.

400 kg and over Pallets and crates Cartons and long pieces Front (cab) on the left, doors on the right. Sizes are L×W×H in cm.

Disclaimer

This planner gives an estimate based only on the dimensions and weights you enter. It is a planning aid and does not replace the judgement of the driver or loader.

Axle loads are not calculated. Make sure the weight is distributed correctly over the axles so that no axle, the kingpin or the tractor's drive axle is overloaded. As a rule, keep heavy pieces near the middle of the load area, spread them over the length, and never put all the weight at the front or the rear.

The planner also does not check load securing, the strength of packaging when stacking, the centre of gravity or local legal limits. The person loading the vehicle remains responsible for safe and legal loading. The plan is provided as is, without any warranty, and the creator accepts no liability for damage or fines resulting from its use.
